AutoLeap publishes its plan prices, which makes the monthly number easy to find. The harder questions are what each tier adds, what is charged on top and what the pricing page leaves unstated. Everything below comes from autoleap.com/pricing, read on 22 October 2026. Prices change without notice, so treat this as a checklist to confirm in writing.

How much does AutoLeap cost per month?

Elite$449$409"The most powerful package in the industry for shops looking to grow rapidly."

The page states that billing annually saves over 10 percent against paying monthly. It does not state a minimum contract length or cancellation terms, so ask for them before you sign.

What is included in each AutoLeap plan

The tiers are cumulative. The page lists:

Essentials: a customizable work board, unlimited repair orders, CARFAX integration, canned jobs, verified eSignatures, integrated parts ordering and standard digital vehicle inspections.

Pro adds: Magic Parts Lookup, two-way texting, inventory and vendor management, a technician view, time and job clocks, employee performance reports, a QuickBooks Online integration, and labor guides and fluid specs. Maintenance schedules and diagrams and procedures appear with an asterisk the page does not explain.

Elite adds: next-generation digital vehicle inspections, certified checklists, one-click descriptions, auto-generated technician notes, integrated Google reviews, a real-time shop dashboard and the AutoLeap app.

Enterprise adds: reporting across locations, custom feature builds, ERP integrations, central controls and permissions, quarterly business reviews and a dedicated account manager.

What AutoLeap charges on top of the plan

  • A one-time setup fee. The FAQ says "There is a one-time fee to help you get set up," covering an implementation plan, data migration, training and priority support. The amount is not published.
  • The AI receptionist. AutoLeap AI Receptionist is listed at $99 per month as a separate product.
  • Custom add-ons. The marketing suite, digital marketing services, payments and multi-shop management are listed without prices.
  • Items marked "additional fee." Some repair data and reporting items in the comparison table carry an additional fee, with no amount shown.
  • Payment processing. Text-to-pay and in-person payments are listed, but the page does not state processing rates.

The page also says AutoLeap does not offer a free trial, and encourages a personalized demo.

Does AutoLeap charge per user?

The pricing page does not state any user or seat limit for any plan. Ask in writing whether every technician, advisor and bookkeeper can have a login on the plan you are quoted.

AutoLeap vs Tekmetric: the prices side by side

Tekmetric's figures were read from tekmetric.com/pricing on 22 October 2026.

TierAutoLeap monthlyTekmetric monthlyAutoLeap annualTekmetric annual
Entry (Essentials · Start)$199$199$179$179
Middle (Pro · Grow)$349$349$309$309
Upper (Elite · Scale)$449$439$409$409

The plan prices are almost identical, so the difference is what lands on each tier and what is sold separately. Tekmetric states unlimited users and no hidden fees on its pricing page; AutoLeap's page is silent on users and discloses a setup fee without an amount. The plan-by-plan feature comparison is on AutoLeap alternative, and the Tekmetric side is in Tekmetric pricing.

Three things to ask before you sign

  1. The setup fee, in writing. Ask for the amount, what it includes and whether it is waived on an annual plan.
  2. The total for your shop. Add the AI receptionist, any marketing or payments add-ons and the multi-shop charge if you have more than one location.
  3. The way out. Ask for the cancellation terms, the export format and how long your data stays available after you leave.

How AutoLeap pricing compares with BayStacker

BayStacker is $149 per month (Intelligence) or $499 per month (Full OS) per location, billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial and no per-user charge. It is a different kind of product: it is built around the transmission diagnosis case and holds the invoice until the repair is verified, and it has no labor guide, no integrated parts ordering, no two-way texting and no card processing. A general repair shop that depends on those should compare AutoLeap on its own terms; a transmission shop can read transmission shop software and the guide to auto repair shop software costs.

The short version

AutoLeap is $199, $349 or $449 a month at list price for one location, or $179, $309 or $409 on an annual plan, with a setup fee of an unstated amount and add-ons priced separately or not at all on the page. Get the setup fee, the user policy and the cancellation terms in writing, then compare the total with the other systems on the same basis.
